PROHIBITED APPLIANCES. The Student shall not use or keep in the Room or the Common Areas (or any other property of the College) any cooking, heating or lighting appliance which xxxxx coals, paraffin or other liquid fuels and shall not dry any clothing on any heaters in the Room or the Common Areas (or any other property of the College). The Student shall not use or permit to be used any electrical apparatus or other equipment of a type or in a condition which might endanger the safety of the Room or the Common Areas (or any other property of the College). Firearms, candles, fairy lights, cooking appliances or any other item considered by the College's Health and Safety Office to pose a risk to the health and safety of other members and employees of the College are not permitted to be used in the Room or the Common Areas (or any other property of the College) at any time.

PROHIBITED APPLIANCES. As per the 2019-20 SFTS Student Handbook (page 20) Tenants are prohibited from bringing and installing any appliances in their SFTS housing.1 This includes washers, dryers, dishwashers, and heating or air conditioning units.2 I understand a nd affirm I will not bring any prohibited appliances into SFTS housing. I further affirm that I will not purchase and install any prohibited appliances for the duration of my tenancy in SFTS housing. I understand that violation of this prohibition may result in termination of my housing lease. If I should bring any prohibited appliances into my SFTS housing and the appliance causes damage to the unit, I will be responsible for the cost of all repairs to the unit.   • PROHIBITED DECKING AREAS Purchaser shall not deck right-of-way timber in the following areas:  Within the grubbing limits.  Within 50 feet of any stream.  In locations that interfere with the construction of the road prism.  In locations that impede drainage.  On slopes greater than 40%.  Against standing trees unless approved by the Contract Administrator.

  • Prohibited Items Only refrigeration appliances supplied with the Room are to be used. No other refrigeration items are to be brought into the Room. In order for appliances to be used in the Residence, they must bear a visible serial number and a CSA or UL identification tag. Irons, toaster ovens, coffee makers, electric kettles protected by automatic “shut off” may be used. Appliances found in rooms that do not bear a CSA or UL identification tag will be removed by the Manager at the Resident’s expense, without liability to the Manager for spoilage or damage to the appliance removed. The following are prohibited: open coil hot plates, deep fryers, indoor barbecues, fondues and the like; pets; candles, incense, lava lamps, halogen lamps, large musical instruments or noise producing devices such as subwoofers and PA systems, illegal substances, alcohol and illegal drug paraphernalia, single serving glass alcohol containers (i.e. beer bottles, coolers, etc.), novelty glass liquor bottles, and large common source containers (i.e. kegs, 60oz containers); weapons, replica weapons, or any device that is designed for (or could be used for) the purpose to intimidate, threaten, harm, or kill.

  • PROHIBITED TERMS Any term included in this Contract that requires the State to indemnify or hold Contractor harmless; requires the State to agree to binding arbitration; limits Contractor’s liability for damages resulting from death, bodily injury, or damage to tangible property; or that conflicts with this provision in any way shall be void ab initio. Nothing in this Contract shall be construed as a waiver of any provision of §00-000-000 C.R.S. Any term included in this Contract that limits Contractor’s liability that is not void under this section shall apply only in excess of any insurance to be maintained under this Contract, and no insurance policy shall be interpreted as being subject to any limitations of liability of this Contract.

  • PROHIBITED DISPOSAL AREAS Purchaser shall not place organic debris in the following areas:  Within 50 feet of a cross drain culvert.  Within 100 feet of a live stream, or wetland.  On road subgrades, or excavation and embankment slopes.  On slopes greater than 45%.  Within the operational area for cable landings where debris may shift or roll.  On locations where brush can fall into the ditch or onto the road surface.  Against standing timber.

  • Orthotic Appliances Coverage for Orthotic Appliances is limited to custom-made leg, arm, back and neck braces, when related to a surgical procedure or when used in an attempt to avoid surgery, and is necessary to carry out normal activities of daily living excluding sports activities. Coverage includes the initial purchase, fitting or adjustment. Replacements are covered only when Medically Necessary due to a change in bodily configuration. All other Orthotic Appliances are not covered. The determination of whether a covered item will be paid under the DME, orthotics or prosthetics benefits will be based upon its classification as defined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • Prohibited Activities You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available.
