Firearms and other weapons. Roommates {may} OR {shall not} keep firearms, bows, hunting or combat knives, machetes or other weapons on the premises. Weapons shall be stored in the following manner(s): Any Roommate keeping a weapon on the premises in violation of this section shall be liable to each of the other Roommates for liquidated damages in the amount of $ 50.00 per violation.

The PBC is committed to providing a safe and secure workplace for the benefit of its employees, consultants, contractors and the general public; therefore, threatening behavior by any person on or about the PBC office premises, project sites and any place in which PBC business is conducted is prohibited. Firearms and other weapons. (A) Firearms and other weapons are prohibited on SHC property except as provided in this section. It is a serious violation of a material term of the lease and grounds for termination if you, your Household Members, or your guests possess a firearm or weapon that does not comply with this section. (B) You and your Household Members may possess a legal firearm or weapon in your unit if you comply with all state and federal regulations regarding the possession, registration, storage, and use of the firearm or weapon. (C) Firearms and weapons are not permitted in common areas except as necessary to transport the firearm or weapon to your unit.

  • Utilities and Other Services 4.4.1 The Tenant shall arrange, at its own cost and expense, for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services required by it at or in relation to the Premises. 4.4.2 The Tenant shall pay to the suppliers, and indemnify the Landlord against, all charges for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services consumed or used at or in relation to the Premises and the Tenant shall comply with the requirements and regulations of the respective suppliers.   • Proxies and Other Materials The Custodian shall cause all proxies relating to Securities which are not registered in the name of the Fund to be promptly executed by the registered holder of such Securities, without indication of the manner in which such proxies are to be voted, and shall promptly deliver to the Trust such proxies, all proxy soliciting materials and all notices relating to such Securities. With respect to the foreign Securities, the Custodian will use reasonable commercial efforts to facilitate the exercise of voting and other shareholder rights, subject to the laws, regulations and practical constraints that may exist in the country where such securities are issued. The Trust acknowledges that local conditions, including lack of regulation, onerous procedural obligations, lack of notice and other factors may have the effect of severely limiting the ability of the Trust to exercise shareholder rights.

  • Documents and Other Materials I will keep and maintain adequate and current records of all Proprietary Information and Company-Related Developments developed by me during my employment, which records will be available to and remain the sole property of the Company at all times. All files, letters, notes, memoranda, reports, records, data, sketches, drawings, notebooks, layouts, charts, quotations and proposals, specification sheets, program listings, blueprints, models, prototypes, or other written, photographic or other tangible material containing Proprietary Information, whether created by me or others, which come into my custody or possession, are the exclusive property of the Company to be used by me only in the performance of my duties for the Company. In the event of the termination of my employment for any reason, I will deliver to the Company all files, letters, notes, memoranda, reports, records, data, sketches, drawings, notebooks, layouts, charts, quotations and proposals, specification sheets, program listings, blueprints, models, prototypes, or other written, photographic or other tangible material containing Proprietary Information, and other materials of any nature pertaining to the Proprietary Information of the Company and to my work, and will not take or keep in my possession any of the foregoing or any copies.

  • FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MATERIALS Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities, equipment, and other materials which may be required for performing services pursuant to this Agreement. At COUNTY’s discretion, COUNTY may make equipment or facilities available to CONTRACTOR for CONTRACTOR’s use in furtherance of this Agreement only where a COUNTY Facility or Equipment exhibit is attached to this Agreement identifying the equipment or facilities to be used by CONTRACTOR’s personnel. If COUNTY funds equipment as part of this contract, COUNTY will retain Equipment.

  • Improper and Other Payments (a) Neither the Company, any director, officer, employee thereof, nor any agent or representative of the Company nor any person acting on behalf of any of them, has made, paid or received any unlawful bribes, kickbacks or other similar payments to or from any person or authority, (b) no contributions have been made, directly or indirectly, by the Company to a domestic or foreign political party or candidate; and (c) the internal accounting controls of the Company are believed by the Company’s management to be adequate to detect any of the foregoing under current circumstances.

  • PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council. 8.2 With regard to purpose and importance, the Council may permit the Association to hold formal meetings on the premises of the Council outside of normal working hours. 8.3 The Council will continue its past practice of making available to the Association specific locations on its premises for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Association.

  • Voting and Other Action Neither PFPC Trust nor its nominee shall vote any of the securities held pursuant to this Agreement by or for the account of the Fund, except in accordance with Written Instructions. PFPC Trust, directly or through the use of another entity, shall execute in blank and promptly deliver all notices, proxies and proxy soliciting materials received by PFPC Trust as custodian of the Property to the registered holder of such securities. If the registered holder is not the Fund, then Written Instructions or Oral Instructions must designate the person who owns such securities.
