Firearms and other weapons. Students may not bring to or store within College accommodation any firearms (including legally held firearms such as starting pistols), fireworks, knives, axes, swords, offensive weapons and bladed articles, explosive devices, etc. The College reserves the right to pursue disciplinary in accordance with these Regulations and legal action if this is not adhered to.
Firearms and other weapons. Roommates {may} OR {shall not} keep firearms, bows, hunting or combat knives, machetes or other weapons on the premises. Weapons shall be stored in the following manner(s): Any Roommate keeping a weapon on the premises in violation of this section shall be liable to each of the other Roommates for liquidated damages in the amount of $ 50.00 per violation.

The PBC is committed to providing a safe and secure workplace for the benefit of its employees, consultants, contractors and the general public; therefore, threatening behavior by any person on or about the PBC office premises, project sites and any place in which PBC business is conducted is prohibited. Further, possession of firearms, explosives, or other weapons anywhere on PBC property and project sites or while conducting PBC business is prohibited. Employees and contractors must, at a minimum, comply with all federal, state and local laws relating to the possession and use of firearms, including the Illinois Firearm Concealed Carry Act, 430 ILCS 66/1, et. seq.; the Illinois Criminal Code – Article 5, Deadly Weapons, 720 ILCS 5/Art. 24 et. seq.; and the City of Chicago Firearms and Other Weapons Ordinance, Chicago Municipal Code, Sec. 8-24-005, et. seq. Further, as a condition of employment and/or contract, individuals may not bring weapons onto PBC premises or project sites (including parking lots), even in situations where such conduct would be allowed under the cited laws.

It is the purpose of this policy to ensure that all employees understand that the possession of firearms and other weapons while on duty, while conducting Board business and on Board property is prohibited. Generally, employees may not, at any time while on any property controlled by the ADM Board, including parking lots or on property where ADM Board business is conducted, possess or use any weapons. Firearms and other weapons. The possession or use of firearms, explosives. chemicals. and other lethal weapons on college property by unauthorized persons is strictly forbidden. Also prohibited are any C02 and spring propelled guns. Individuals who have a permit to carry a concealed firearm may not bring the firearm on campus or to college sponsored events on or off campus. Only authorized on duty law enforcement or campus security personnel may possess a firearm on college owned property.

For the protection of all Residents, firecrackers, knives, firearms, pellet or paintball guns, lethal weapons, or any objects considered dangerous to the health and/or well-being of fellow Residents are not allowed on our property. Guest Policy It is your responsibility to make sure your guest is informed of the property policies and acts accordingly. Each Resident assumes complete responsibility for any unacceptable behavior by their guest (including financial costs due to damage). Any guests may be asked to leave if at any time it is deemed the individual is not acting in accordance with the Tenancy Agreement or the Code of Conduct. Residents must not host guests who have been served with a Trespass Notice barring them from our property. Insurance and Personal Property Liability
Firearms and other weapons the possession, use, or control of any firearm (operable or inoperable, loaded or unloaded) including, but not limited to, zip, pistol, revolver, rifle, or shot gun; the possession, use or control of any instrument or object, other than a firearm, which could be used to inflict harm on another person, or to intimidate any person; included in this category are objects such as BB guns or pellet guns, knives of any kind, chains, pipes, razor blades, ice picks, other pointed instruments (including pencils or pens), nunchakus, brass knuckles, explosives, Chinese stars, xxxxx-clubs, tear gas guns, paintball guns, or electrical/chemical weapons or devices. Also included is anything represented to be a firearm or other weapon if used in an intimidating manner toward another person. This is not a comprehensive list of items considered weapons.
Firearms and other weapons. (A) Firearms and other weapons are prohibited on SHC property except as provided in this section. It is a serious violation of a material term of the lease and grounds for termination if you, your Household Members, or your guests possess a firearm or weapon that does not comply with this section.
(B) You and your Household Members may possess a legal firearm or weapon in your unit if you comply with all state and federal regulations regarding the possession, registration, storage, and use of the firearm or weapon.
(C) Firearms and weapons are not permitted in common areas except as necessary to transport the firearm or weapon to your unit.
