Prohibited Material. Any alcohol, drug, or substance included in definitions 1, 4, or 5 above.

American and Gogo will have the right to propose reasonable additions to the Prohibited Materials description, by providing written notice of such proposed additions to the other Party; the other Party will have the right to approve such proposed additions (provided that approval will not be unreasonably withheld), and the other Party will use reasonable efforts to comply (as described in this Section 2.4.4 of Exhibit I) with the newly approved description as soon as reasonably possible, but in no case in more than [***].
Prohibited Material. Customers may not, and may not allow any third-party, including its users, to use services to display, store, process or transmit, or permit use of services to display, store, process or transmit:
a. Material that infringes or misappropriates a third party's intellectual property or proprietary rights;
b. Hate-related or violent material, and/or material advocating discrimination against individuals or groups;
c. Obscene, excessively profane material or otherwise objectionable material;
d. Material advocating or advancing criminal hacking, cracking, or phishing;
e. Material related to illegal drugs or paraphernalia;
f. Malicious Material;
Prohibited Material. You shall not seek to access, store, distribute, transmit, provide, post, upload, input or submit any content or materials on or through the SLZ Services, including blog pages, message boards, comment or discussion features, chat rooms or forums, or facilitate any of the foregoing via the SLZ Services that: (1) are unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, tortious, indecent, obscene, abusive, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, discriminatory, harassing, vulgar, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, offensive racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or in violation of applicable laws, rules and regulations or any rules or policies of the Education Customer, (2) infringe, misappropriate or violate any intellectual property rights, or proprietary or other rights of any third party, (3) facilitate illegal activity, (4) depict sexually explicit images, (5) promote violence, (6) are discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, gender, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability,
Prohibited Material. Contractor shall not accept the following non-permitted wastes at the Transfer Stations: treated wood, asphalt, concrete, hazardous substances, liquid wastes and sludges; septic tank pumping; infectious wastes; putrescible agricultural wastes; tree stumps; concrete slab material; and any other Waste that is restricted by Law or Permits, or that Republic reasonably specifies from time to time as non-permitted. Should any of these non- permitted wastes be discovered on the tipping floor, and the Contractor is unable to identify the owner of the materials, they shall be handled in the following manner:
(a) Treated wood, asphalt, concrete, and tree-stumps, shall be immediately loaded onto an appropriate vehicle and transported to either the Landfill or an alternate disposal site.
(b) Liquid wastes and sludges, septic tank pumping, medical wastes, and putrescible agricultural wastes shall be disposed at a facility that is permitted to accept those types of wastes.
(c) Hazardous Substances shall be sorted and placed into the Hazardous Substances Storage Lockers for removal by Contractor. Only Hazardous Substances are to be stored in the Hazardous Substances Storage Lockers.
Prohibited Material. Cybernet reserves the right to refuse to display advertisements for; establish links to or from; and provide any applicable service to, any web site that contains, advertises or links to any other web site that contains prohibited material.
Prohibited Material. Customers may not use External-Facing Services to display, store, process or transmit, or permit use of External-Facing Services to display, store, process or transmit:
a. Material that infringes or misappropriates a third party's intellectual property or proprietary rights;
b. Material that violates a third-party’s privacy rights;
c. Material that violates applicable law;
d. Excessively profane material;
e. Hate-related or violent material;
f. Material advocating racial or ethnic intolerance;
g. Material intended to advocate or advance computer hacking or cracking;
h. Illegal software
i. Malicious code, such as viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses and other harmful or malicious code, files, scripts, agents or programs; or
j. Other material that violates or encourages conduct that would violate any criminal laws, any other applicable laws, or any third-party rights
Prohibited Material a. Anonymous letters or materials shall not be placed in an employee's personnel file.
