Affiliates may not publish any postings or link to any postings or other material that: • Is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic • Is offensive, profane, hateful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, or discriminatory (whether based on race, ethnicity, creed, religion, gender, sexual orientation, physical disability, or otherwise) • Is graphically violent, including any violent video game images • Is solicitous of any unlawful behavior • Engages in personal attacks on any individual, group, or entity • Is in violation of any intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party

b. Is offensive, profane, hateful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, libelous, discriminatory, or harassing; i.e., based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, physical disability, or otherwise;

d. Is solicitous of any unlawful behavior;
e. Engages in personal attacks on an individual, group, or entity;
f. Is in violation of any intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party.
Prohibited Postings. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, You will not make Postings or send messages to other Users containing:
i. unsolicited advertising or marketing of a service not offered on the Platform or an external website; or
ii. Discriminatory Postings. Indian laws prohibit any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, handicap or other protected class. The Company will not knowingly accept any Posting which is in violation of the law. The Company has the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to You; to immediately remove any Posting that discriminates or is in any way violation of any law.

Jump Executives may not make any postings, or link to any- postings or other material that: • Is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic; • Is offensive, profane, hateful, threatening, harm- ful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, or discriminatory (whether based on race, ethnicity, creed, religion, gender, sexual orientation, physical disability, or oth- erwise); • Is graphically violent, including any violent video game images; • Is solicitous of any unlawful behavior; • Engages in personal attacks on any individual, group, or entity; • Is in violation of any intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.
Prohibited Postings. LifeVantage Consultants may not make any postings or link to any postings or other material that:
1) Is sexually explicit, obscene or pornographic;
2) Is offensive, profane, hateful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, or discriminatory (whether based on race, ethnicity, creed, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical disability, or otherwise);
3) Is graphically violent, including any violent video game images;
4) Is solicitous of any unlawful behavior;
5) Engages in personal attacks on any individual, group or entity;
6) Is in violation of any intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party; or
7) Makes any inappropriate, false, deceptive or misleading (even if true) claims regarding the Company products or business opportunities.
Prohibited Postings. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, you will not make Postings or send messages to other Users containing:
a. Offers to make national or international money transfers for amounts exceeding the asking price of a service, with intent to only to request a refund of any portion of the payment thereby indulging in transactions which may be construed as a money laundering transaction; or
b. Unsolicited advertising or marketing of a service not offered on the Platform or an external website; or

1) Is sexually explicit, obscene or pornographic;
2) Is offensive, profane, hateful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, or discriminatory (whether based on race, ethnicity, creed, religion, gender, sexual orientation, physical disability, or otherwise);
3) Is graphically violent, including any violent images;
4) Is solicitous of any unlawful behavior;
5) Engages in personal attacks on any individual, group or entity; or
6) Is in violation of any intellectual property rights of the Company or any person or business.
