Project Budget Formatting. (1) The Parties will agree upon a format for the Project Budget to be provided to the City by the Developer at each Milestone (as defined herein) and periodically during the during the term of this Agreement (the “Project Budget”). A cost model template that will be used to develop the Project Budget will be mutually developed and used throughout the design and development process. The final version of the Project Budget will become an attachment to the Design Build Contract.

  • Budget Consulting Engineer/Architect shall advise City if, in its opinion, the amount budgeted for construction is not sufficient to adequately design and construct the improvement as requested.

  • Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference. Adherence to these accessible technology standards is one way to ensure compliance with the District’s underlying legal obligations to ensure people with disabilities are able to acquire the same information, engage in the same interactions, and enjoy the same benefits and services within the same timeframe as their nondisabled peers, with substantially equivalent ease of use; that they are not excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination in any District programs, services, and activities delivered online, as required by Section 504 and Title II and their implementing regulations; and that they receive effective communication of the District’s programs, services, and activities delivered online.   • Deliverables Upon satisfactory completion of the work authorization, the Engineer shall submit the deliverables as specified in the executed work authorization to the State for review and acceptance.

  • HOURS OF WORK i) Where employees are now working a longer daily tour, the provisions set out in this Article governing the regular hours of work on a daily tour shall be adjusted accordingly.

  • Changes Contractor shall make no changes in the work or perform any additional work without the County’s specific written approval.

  • General Conditions (i) Each party will make each payment or delivery specified in each Confirmation to be made by it, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement.
