Common use of Project Committee Clause in Contracts

Project Committee. The Project Committee is responsible for strategic and scientific management of the Project. The Project Committee shall consist of one representative from each Party (hereinafter referred to as “Member”). Each Member shall be deemed to be duly authorised to deliberate, negotiate and decide on behalf of its organization all matters listed in Section 6.5 of this Consortium Agreement. The Coordinator shall chair all meetings of the Project Committee, unless decided otherwise by the Project Committee.
