Common use of Project Duties Clause in Contracts

Project Duties. During the Term, you shall carry out all duties of the Coalition Partners in connection with each DSRIP Project in which you participate, as applicable. The duties that are applicable to the Coalition Partners in connection with each DSRIP Project are set forth in a general manner in the Project Plan and the Implementation Plan and will be specified in further detail in the Coalition Partner Participation Manual (defined in Section 6 hereof). The Project Plan, the Implementation Plan, and the Coalition Partner Participation Manual, as in effect from time to time, are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein.
