Critical Path Schedule. Development Manager shall direct the General Contractor (and others, where appropriate) to prepare and update a critical path schedule for completion of the Project. In the event of delays impacting the critical path schedule, Development Manager shall make recommendations for corrective action by the General Contractor.

Critical Path Schedule. Thirty (30) days after the date of this Contract, submit to Owner and its Financing Party a Critical Path Schedule and, each month thereafter until Substantial Completion submit to Owner and its Financing Party an updated Critical Path Schedule.
Critical Path Schedule. A critical path schedule in the form of Exhibit F-2 prepared by Contractor and meeting the requirements set forth in Exhibit F describing the required time of completion of Critical Path Items for timely completion of the Work by Contractor.
Critical Path Schedule. Contractor has provided a Project Schedule as per Exhibit F-1 giving a preliminary indication of the critical path prior to the execution of this Contract. Within thirty (30) days after the Notice to Proceed Date, Contractor shall provide Owner with an updated critical path schedule as per the form of Exhibit F-2. Thereafter, Contractor shall advise Owner of any proposed Critical Path Schedule changes and promptly provide Owner with any revisions thereto and reasons therefor. In connection therewith, Contractor shall employ a project management system able to provide schedule monitoring and analysis which shall include a comparison of the Critical Path Schedule with the actual progress for each time period with all variances noted. Schedule analysis shall include a determination of the impact of such variance, if material, on the Critical Path Schedule and any action necessary to correct the variance. Utilizing the critical path method, Contractor shall be aware of factors that are delaying or that could delay the Work beyond Substantial Completion Guaranteed Date and shall take remedial actions reasonably within its control to eliminate or minimize schedule delays including, without limitation, over-time for the employees of Contractor and Subcontractors and the assignment of additional personnel and/or other resources. Contractor will update its Critical Path Schedule to reflect the current status of the Work. At a minimum, the updates will be performed and provided to Owner on a monthly basis as part of the Monthly Progress Report.

Schedule for identification of equity and debt capital sources, including any term sheets for investors and lenders; c. Schedule for filing one or more complete application(s) for a site master plan, construction drawings, building permits and other Town permits, if any, required for construction of the Project, in all cases subject to resubmittal as may be required for approval (the “Permits”); d. Schedule for commencement of construction of the Project after issuance of all necessary Permits, completion of construction of the Project, obtaining a certificate of compliance for the shell of the Private Improvements, obtaining certificates of occupancy for the dwelling units in the Private Improvements, and obtaining a certificate of occupancy, completion certificate or similar documentation issued by the applicable governmental authority to permit the operation of the Parking Deck for its intended use.
Critical Path Schedule. Use reasonable commercial efforts to (x) cause and generally oversee and direct the Project Architect and the Contractor respecting construction of the Project and completion, and (y) cause the Project Architect and Contractor to meet the Project Schedule from inception to completion of the Project. In the event of delays impacting the critical path schedule, the Development Manager shall make recommendations to the Owner for corrective action by Contractor and, if approved by the Owner assist and coordinate such corrective action;

  • PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • SERVICE LEVEL DESCRIPTION The Fund Accounting Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the Service Level Description attached thereto and replacing it in its entirety with the Service Level Description attached hereto.

The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.

  • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A. 4.2. Any delay of services or change in sequence of tasks must be approved in writing by Delaware. 4.3. In the event that Vendor fails to complete the project or any phase thereof within the time specified in the Contract, or with such additional time as may be granted in writing by Delaware, or fails to prosecute the work, or any separable part thereof, with such diligence as will insure its completion within the time specified in this Agreement or any extensions thereof, Delaware shall suspend the payments scheduled as set forth in Appendix A.
