Critical Path Schedule Sample Clauses
A Critical Path Schedule clause defines the requirement for the contractor to develop and maintain a project schedule that identifies the sequence of activities determining the minimum project duration. This schedule highlights key tasks, their dependencies, and the timeline for completion, often using project management tools like Gantt charts or CPM diagrams. By establishing and monitoring the critical path, this clause helps ensure timely project delivery and provides a clear framework for tracking progress and managing delays.
