Common use of Project Implementation Manual Clause in Contracts

Project Implementation Manual. The Recipient shall: (i) carry out the Project in accordance with the PIM; and (ii) not amend, abrogate, or waive the PIM, or any provision thereof, without the prior written approval of the Association.
