Common use of Project Implementation Manual Clause in Contracts

Project Implementation Manual. 1. The Recipient shall implement the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual; provided, however, that, in the event of any conflict between the provisions of the PIM and those of this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail. 2. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall not amend or waive any provision thereof if, in the opinion of the Association, such amendment or waiver may materially and adversely affect the implementation of the Project.

Project Implementation Manual. 1. (a) The Recipient shall implement ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual; provided. (b) The Recipient shall not amend, howeverabrogate, thatwaive or otherwise modify the PIM, in or permit the PIM or any provision thereof to be amended, abrogated, waived or otherwise modified, except with the prior written agreement of the Association. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the PIM and those of this Agreement or the Project Agreement, this Agreement the latter two agreements shall prevail. 2. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall not amend or waive any provision thereof if, in the opinion of the Association, such amendment or waiver may materially and adversely affect the implementation of the Project.

The Recipient shall implement ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the arrangements and procedures set out in the Project Implementation Manual; Manual (provided, however, that, that in the event of any conflict between the arrangements and procedures set out in the Project Implementation Manual (“PIM”) and the provisions of the PIM and those of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. 2. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient ) and shall not amend amend, abrogate or waive any provision thereof if, in the opinion of the Association, such amendment or waiver may materially and adversely affect PIM unless the implementation of the ProjectAssociation has provided its prior no-objection thereof in writing.

The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual; arrangements, procedures and guidelines set out in the PIM (provided, however, that, that in the event case of any conflict between the provisions of terms set out in the PIM and those the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail). 23. Except as the Association shall otherwise agreeagree in writing, the Recipient shall not amend amend, abrogate or waive any provision thereof if, in the opinion of the Association, such amendment or waiver may materially and adversely affect the implementation of the ProjectPIM.
