Common use of Project Implementation Unit Clause in Contracts

Project Implementation Unit. (a) The Recipient shall maintain Project Implementation Unit under MIELS, at all times during Project implementation, with composition, terms of reference and resources satisfactory to the Association (“PIU”).

Project Implementation Unit. (a) The Recipient shall establish and thereafter, throughout the period of implementation of the Project, maintain Project Implementation Unit under MIELSwithin the Ministry of State of Labor, at all times during Project implementationSocial Affairs and Solidarity, a unit with composition, terms of reference and resources satisfactory acceptable to the Association Association, supported by qualified and experienced staff in adequate numbers, to be responsible for: (“PIU”)i) managing all Project activities; (ii) maintaining Project accounts and producing financial reports; and (iii) monitoring, evaluating and reporting on Project implementation and impacts.

(a) The Recipient shall maintain shall, through MESTI, maintain, within its structure, throughout Project implementation, the Project Implementation Unit and comprising a technical team with expertise on all relevant disciplines, all satisfactory to the Association and under MIELS, at all times during Project implementation, with composition, terms of reference and with resources satisfactory to the Association (“PIU”)adequate for its mandate.
