Project is a Private Project Sample Clauses

Project is a Private Project. Nothing contained in this Agreement or in any document executed in connection with this Agreement shall be construed as creating a joint venture or partnership between City and Developer. The New Projects proposed to be undertaken by Developer on the Property is a private development. Except for that portion thereof to be devoted to public improvement to be constructed by Developer in accordance with the Vested Approvals, City has no interest in, responsibility for or duty to third persons concerning any of said improvements; and Developer shall exercise full dominion and control over the Property, subject only to the limitations and obligations of Developer contained in this Agreement.
