Common use of Project Management and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Project Management and Reporting. 4.1 For the duration of the design and development of the Website (that is, until the Website is deemed accepted by the Client under sub-Clause 6.9 or 6.10), each Party shall appoint a Project Manager who shall be responsible for liaising with the other Party on all matters under this Agreement. Each Project Manager shall have the necessary knowledge and experience of all relevant matters, and the authority to commit the Party by whom they are appointed. 4.2 The Developer shall provide monthly reports on request detailing the progress of the design and development of the Website and where applicable the hosting of the Website. In particular, such reports shall indicate any important matters requiring the Client’s attention.
