Project Leader. The Project Leader is responsible for the overall management of the Study and has the responsibilities specified in this Consortium Agreement and in the Project Description. Sponsor(s). The Sponsor(s) of each Study shall take the overall responsibility for the organization and management of the Study, in accordance with this Consortium Agreement, clinical practice guidelines, the Human Research Act and its related Ordinances.

Project Leader. (a) The Project Leader shall be the chief executive officer of the Partnership (including the NOARK Related Entities) and, subject to directives of the Management Committee and the other provisions of this Agreement, shall have general supervision of the affairs of the Partnership (including the NOARK Related Entities) and shall have all power and authority reasonably necessary to perform or cause to be performed the general operation and conduct of the Partnership. The Project Leader shall preside when present at meetings of the Partners and the Management Committee. He shall have general authority to execute bonds, deeds and contracts in the name of the Partnership (including the NOARK Related Entities) and in general to exercise all the powers usually appertaining to the office of president of a company, except as otherwise provided by statute or this Agreement.
