Project Leader. 8.2.1. The Steering Committee shall appoint a Project Leader, who must be approved by IFD. In this context, IFD may lay down a number of requirements as conditions for approving the Project Leader, including that the Project Leader has relevant professional experience and relevant project management experience. IFD may at any time require that a new Project Leader be appointed if the existing Project Leader does not, in the assessment of IFD, meet his/her obligations under the Agreement or if, in the assessment of IFD, there is a risk that the existing Project Leader will be unable to meet his/her obligations under the Agreement.
8.2.2. The Project Leader is supervised by and receives instructions from the Steering Committee. The Project Leader participates in the meetings of the Steering Committee with the right to speak but not to vote.
8.2.3. The Project Leader shall have the day-to-day responsibility for the Project and its implementation, including coordination of activities between Project Participants.
8.2.4. Dispositions which are of an unusual nature relative to the Project content or have a major impact on the Project shall be made only by special authority from the Steering Committee.
8.2.5. In relation to IFD, the Project Leader shall always represent and act on behalf of the overall Project.
8.2.6. In current communication with the Project Leader regarding the Project and its implementation, all notices and information given by IFD to the Project Leader shall be deemed to have been given to all Project Participants at the same time. However, see Clause 15.3 on notices to Project Participants in relation to the Investment Agreement.
8.2.7. In addition to the responsibilities arising out of the Investment Agreement and the Steering Committee’s instructions, the Project Leader shall be responsible for ensuring: • that an initial Steering Committee meeting is held with the participation of the Investment Manager(s) and all Project Partners within one (1) month from the commencement of the Project, • that the Steering Committee is kept informed of Project progress, • that an ongoing dialogue is maintained with IFD; in this connection the Project Leader shall, without undue delay, inform IFD of any material circumstances of significance to the Project and/or IFD’s investment, • that optimum use is made of Project resources, • that information from IFD is passed on to all other Project Participants, • that the minutes of Steering Committee meetings ...
Project Leader. The Project Leader is responsible for the overall management of the Study and has the responsibilities specified in this Consortium Agreement and in the Project Description. Sponsor(s). The Sponsor(s) of each Study shall take the overall responsibility for the organization and management of the Study, in accordance with this Consortium Agreement, clinical practice guidelines, the Human Research Act and its related Ordinances.
Project Leader. Within […***…] days of the Effective Date, Lilly and Zymeworks will each assign one (1) employee to serve as primary point of contact between the Parties with respect to the Research Programs (each, a “Project Leader”). The Project Leaders shall regularly communicate with each other to address Research Program-related issues, needs and updates. Either Party, upon prior notice to the other Party, may change its Project Leader. Except for those Disputes that are subject to the purview of the JSC, prior to submitting any Dispute to the dispute resolution mechanism set forth in Section 15.5, the Project Leaders shall attempt, for a period of […***…] days, to resolve such Dispute.
Project Leader. It should be clear from the consortium agreement to what extent the project leader is authorised to act on behalf of the legal entity that is responsible for the (application and use of) the grant and on behalf of the other consortium parties.
Project Leader. Each Party will appoint a project leader (“Project Leader”) to coordinate its part of the Project. The Project Leaders will be the primary contacts between the Parties with respect to the Project. Either Party may change its Project Leader upon written notice to the other Party. It is anticipated that a certain amount of training and technical transfer may be required to facilitate the effectuation of the Project. The Project Leaders will facilitate this training and technical transfer. The Project Leader for Gevo will be […***…] and the Project Leader for ICM will be […***…].
Project Leader. Xxxx. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Project title: Fly ashes as the precursors of functionalized materials for applications in environmental engineering, civil engineering and agriculture Project is carried out within the TEAM-NET programme of the Foundation for Polish Science Project description: This TEAM-NET joint project assumes using fly ashes as a precursors for the synthesis of novelfunctionalized materials with the structure of not only zeolites, but also mesoporous silica materials and metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). Then produced materials will be tested for possible applications in agriculture, civil and environmental engineering. With the implementation of new technologies of coal combustion and flue gas treatment, new types of fly ashes with increased content of unburned carbon (up to 30%) have been produced. Such byproducts will be used in this project for the synthesis of novel zeolite- carbon composites. Previous work related to the use of this type of fly ashes was focused on the separate production of zeolites or activated carbons, which did not fully exploit the potential of the above-mentioned byproducts. Their use as a precursor to the synthesis of a zeolite-carbon-vermiculite composite in this project will also pave the way for developing a novel material to replace vermiculite raw materials in agricultural applications. Key responsibilities include: 1. Characterizing of obtained materials with advanced instrumental methods 2. Setting up the technological line for producing porous materials (zeolites, mesoporous materials and MOFs)
Project Leader shall perform (in addition to the leading hand tasks) administrative (record keeping), co- ordinating (quality assurance), clerical, operational (materials, plant and equipment) and, project set-up management functions as well as direct liaising with clients and attendance at site meetings if/when required.
Project Leader. Roche and Dexcom shall each designate a “Project Leader” for each Statement of Work who shall be the principal point of contact for all matters relating to such Statement of Work. The Project Leader designated by a Party for a Statement of Work may be changed by written notice to the other Party to such Statement of Work.
Project Leader. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date with respect to the Initial Lilly Targets, and within thirty (30) days of finalizing any other Work Plans, Lilly and AbCellera will each assign one (1) employee to serve as primary point of contact between the Parties with respect to a given Project (each, a “Project Leader”). The Project Leaders shall regularly communicate with each other to address Project-related issues, needs and updates.
