Common use of Project Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Project Scheduling. The PMT and PITS will jointly develop an initial pull-based schedule per Section 11.4 based on the design requirements and the Substantial Performance date set forth in the Milestone Schedule. The pull-based schedule will define the flow of developing the Implementation Documents, avoiding bottlenecks, or advancing aspects of the design beyond what has been anticipated and approved for any given time period.
