Project Sponsorship. The Fiscal Sponsor hereby agrees to sponsor the Project and to assume certain administrative, programmatic, financial and legal responsibility for purposes of the requirements of funding organizations.
Project Sponsorship. The City agrees to act as a project sponsor for the Project. The City will support MDT during project development. The City will participate in the Technical Design Committee and Decision Team described in section 11. The City will issue local permits for applicable construction activities.
