Design Committee definition

Design Committee means the group of participants, approved by each participating Nevada municipality or County, which has authority to make decisions regarding the Scope of Work and design for the DEVNET software systems.
Design Committee means the Association DRC and/or New Construction DRC, as applicable, according to the context.
