Project Tasks and Schedule. Sponsor will do, perform and carry out in a satisfactory and proper manner, as determined by Clean Cities - Atlanta's Executive Director or his agent authorized in writing ("Authorized Agent"), the work and services described in Exhibit A. The Sponsor shall provide Clean Cities - Atlanta with the manufacturer's recommended preventive maintenance requirements and develop a proposed maintenance plan and schedule for equipment purchased under this agreement to ensure the maximum life of the equipment. Such proposed maintenance plan shall be subject to approval by Clean Cities - Atlanta.

  • Records and Schedules of Equipment Each Borrower shall keep accurate and complete records of its Equipment, including kind, quality, quantity, cost, acquisitions and dispositions thereof, and shall submit to Agent, on such periodic basis as Agent may request, a current schedule thereof, in form satisfactory to Agent. Promptly upon request, Borrowers shall deliver to Agent evidence of their ownership or interests in any Equipment.

  • Incorporation of Exhibits, Annexes, and Schedules The Exhibits, Annexes, and Schedules identified in this Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.

  • Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the work schedules meet federal and state laws.
