PROMOTION AND RECIPROCAL PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS. The Government of Romania and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Parties", Desiring to intensify economic cooperation to the mutual benefit of both States, Intending to create and maintain favorable conditions for investments by investors of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party, Recognizing that the promotion and reciprocal protection of investments on the basis of the present Agreement will be conducive to the stimulation of business initiative and will increase prosperity in both States, Aware of the need to establish an adequate juridical framework which settles and guarantees the promotion and reciprocal protection of investments between both States, Have agreed as follows:
PROMOTION AND RECIPROCAL PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS. The Government of the Republic of Lithuania and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, hereinafter referred to as "the Contracting Parties", - Desiring to intensify economic cooperation between them on mutually advantageous conditions, - Determined to create favourable conditions for investments by investors of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party, - Recognising that the promotion and protection of such investments will contribute to stimulate private business initiative and increase the prosperity of both countries, Have agreed as follows:
PROMOTION AND RECIPROCAL PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS. 1. Each Contracting Party shall aspire to create favourable conditions to investors of the other Contracting Party to make investments in the territory of the former Contracting Party and shall admit such investments in accordance with legislation of the former Contracting Party.
2. Each Contracting Party in accordance with its legislation shall provide full protection in its territory to investments of investors of the other Contracting Party.
3. Neither Contracting Party shall impose any additional requirements as a condition of expansion or maintenance of investments to export goods produced, or to purchase goods or services locally, unless such additional requirements are provided for by specific written arrangement reached between the investor of the other Contracting Party and the Contracting Party in the territory of which investment was made.
PROMOTION AND RECIPROCAL PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS. The Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Parties", Desiring to intensify economic cooperation between both States, particularly with regard to investments of investors of either Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party, Recognizing that the agreement on the treatment of investors contributes to the increased flow of capital and thus contributes to technology and economic development of both Contracting Parties, and Understanding that the objective of the fair and equitable treatment of the investors is to maintain a stable framework for investment and to maximize the effective utilization of economic resources of both Contracting Parties, Have agreed as follows:
PROMOTION AND RECIPROCAL PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS. The Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic Hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Parties. DESIRING to intensify their economic cooperation to the mutual benefit of both countries on a long term basis, HAVING as their objective to create favourable conditions for investments by investors of either Party in the territory of the other Party, RECOGNIZING that the promotion and protection of investments, on the basis of the present Agreement, will stimulate the initiative in this field. HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS :
PROMOTION AND RECIPROCAL PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS. The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Parties"); Desiring to intensify economic cooperation to the mutual benefit of both States, Intending to create and maintain favourable conditions for investments of investors of one State in the territory of the other State, and Conscious that the promotion and reciprocal protection of investments, according to the present Agreement, stimulates the business in this field, Have agreed as follows:
PROMOTION AND RECIPROCAL PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS. 1. Each Contracting Party shall encourage and create favourable conditions for investors of the other Contracting Party to make investments in its territory and shall admit such investments in accordance with its laws and regulations.
2. Investments of investors of one Contracting Party shall at all times be accorded fair and equitable treatment and shall enjoy full protection and security in the territory of the other Contracting Party.
3. This Agreement shall not preclude the application of either Contracting Party of measures, necessary for the maintenance of defence, national security and public order, protection of the environment, morality and public health.
PROMOTION AND RECIPROCAL PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS. The Government of the Republic of Lithuania and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Parties”, - desiring to intensify their economic cooperation to the mutual benefit of both States on a long term basis, - having as their objective to create favourable conditions for investments by investors of either Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party, - recognising that the promotion and protection of investments, on the basis of this Agreement, will stimulate initiative in this field, have agreed as follows:
PROMOTION AND RECIPROCAL PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS. 1. Each Contracting Party promotes in its territory investments by investors of the other Contracting Party and admits such investments in accordance with its legislation.
2. Investments by investors of a Contracting Party shall, at all times be accorded fair and equitable treatment and shall enjoy full protection and security in the territory of the other Contracting Party. Each Contracting Party shall not impair by unjustifiable or discriminatory measures the management, maintenace, use, enjoyment or disposal, in its territory, of investments by investors of the other Contracting Party.
3. No change in the form in which the investments have been made shall affect their character as investments, provided that such a change does not contradict the laws and regulations of the Contracting Party, in the territory of which the investment has been made.
4. Returns from the investments shall enjoy the same protection as the investments.
PROMOTION AND RECIPROCAL PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS. The Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Mozambique (hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Parties"); Desiring to create favorable conditions for greater flow of investments made by investors of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party; and Recognizing that the encouragement and reciprocal protection of such investments will stimulate the development of business initiatives and will increase prosperity in the territories of both Countries; Have agreed as follows:
