PROMOTION TO SUPERVISORY POSITION. X. Xx Employee promoted or transferred from a job classification in the Bargaining Unit to a supervisory position shall retain the seniority Employee had at the time of such promotion or transfer and shall continue to accumulate seniority while Employee is in such a supervisory position for a period of eighteen (18) months. B. An Employee promoted or transferred as described in subsection A. above shall have a right to return to the Bargaining Unit and be placed on the job to which his seniority would entitle him if his employment with the Township had remained unbroken; provided, however, if such Employee is discharged for cause, Employee shall not be eligible for return to the Bargaining Unit.
