Discharge of Xxxxxxx. If the Employer discharges any Shop Stewards, the Union will be advised prior to such discharge. The Employer agrees that a shop xxxxxxx will be attendance when an employee in the bargaining is being disciplined with a suspension or discharge. All other forms of discipline will be forwarded to the Xxxxxxx in the location.
Discharge of Xxxxxxx. The Company shall notify the Union by Registered Mail, telegram, or fax, prior to the discharge of a Xxxxxxx. Failure by the Company to comply with this procedure shall render the dismissal null and void. ARTICLE NO
Discharge of Xxxxxxx. If it becomes necessary to discharge or lay off any bricklayer or stone mason because of the completion of the work or otherwise, the worker appointed and acting as xxxxxxx shall not be discharged or laid off, while other bricklayers or stone masons remain employed on the job. Nothing herein contained shall in any way restrict the right of an Employer to discharge a xxxxxxx for cause. The Employer shall notify the authorized representative of the Union twenty-four hours prior to termination of a xxxxxxx, except a discharge for just cause. If a xxxxxxx is discharged for just cause, the authorized representative of the Union shall be notified immediately by the Employer.
