Promotional Levels. After receiving tenure, a Full-Time Faculty member shall have two (2) additional opportunities to be promoted, beginning with Senior I Tenured Faculty and then followed by Senior II Tenured Faculty, provided all criteria have been met and the promotion has been approved by the College. Upon attainment of Senior I Tenured Faculty status, the faculty member’s base salary shall be increased to sixty-one thousand four hundred and twenty-four ($61,424) or an increase of two thousand three hundred and thirty dollars ($2,330), whichever results in a higher salary, starting with the first academic quarter after Senior I is granted (excluding summer). Upon attainment of Senior II Tenured Faculty status, the faculty member’s base salary shall be increased to sixty three thousand four hundred and twenty-four dollars ($63,424) or an increase of two thousand three hundred and thirty dollars ($2,330), whichever results in a higher salary, starting with the first academic quarter after Senior II is granted (excluding summer).
