SALARY ADVANCES. Employees may apply for a payroll advance under the following conditions: 1. An employee must have been in a paid status for at least one week in the pay period prior to receiving a salary advance. 2. The amount requested cannot exceed amount earned to date during the pay period. 3. The amount advanced must be deducted from the paycheck for that pay period. 4. No more than two (2) such requests can be submitted annually. Exceptions may be approved by the EO and must be announced to the Board under “Report of EO”. 5. Requests for salary advance must be received by the HRO at least one (1) week prior to the date of requested distribution for which the advance is requested. 6. Requests are subject to the approval of the HRO. SECTION 7.13

SALARY ADVANCES. Upon written request, a bargaining unit member shall be entitled to one pay advance per fiscal year of up to $500. Any such pay advance shall be repaid to the College through payroll deductions over eight (8) consecutive pay periods.
SALARY ADVANCES. When a part-time employee is advanced on the salary schedule by meeting the criteria of the next entry level, he/she will be advanced two additional steps for each entry step category advancement. Such advances shall not affect eligibility for step increases.

SALARY ADVANCES. It is the policy of CCLS to allow employees to receive advances on their salary. Such advances are granted to an employee only when an unusual or emergency situation exists. An employee is limited to no more than three salary advances in one calendar year. Requests for salary advances shall be in writing and must be approved by the Executive Director, who shall not unreasonably deny such requests. The salary advances are limited to the value of the employee’s vacation leave balance. Salary advances shall be repaid in two equal payments to be deducted from the employee's paycheck. The payments shall be deducted from the two pay periods immediately following the granting of the salary advance. In unusual circumstances, alternate payment plans may be approved by the Executive Director. In the event that an employee terminates their employment prior to full repayment of the salary advance, the balance owed to CCLS shall be deducted from any final check due to the employee.
SALARY ADVANCES. Except as provided in Subsection 6(b) (ill) above, the full amount of any Salary advance paid to a player will be included immediately in Salary and Team Salary.
SALARY ADVANCES. Salary advances shall be offered for annual leave, work travel and special leave. Requests for such advances, shall be submitted to the Director of Finance and Administration, as soon as possible before the absence is to commence so that the salary advance can be included with the normal pay that the employee will receive before going on leave. A salary advance shall in no case be greater than the usual salary for the period of absence and will be recovered over the same period.
SALARY ADVANCES. (1) The Company shall pay to confirmed employees half of their monthly basic salary less CPF contribution before the following festive occasions - (a) Chinese New Year - Chinese employees only. (b) Deepavali - Indian employees only. (c) Xxxx Xxxx Puasa - Muslim employees only. (2) Such advances shall be made as far as possible one week before the actual date of the festival and the balance of the salary shall be made out according to the salary payment date of that month.
