Promotional Step Placement Sample Clauses

Promotional Step Placement. Any employee whose assignment is changed to a position in a classification with a higher salary range shall advance to the step in the new salary range that provides at least a five percent (5%) salary increase over his/her previous scheduled salary. Employees shall receive an additional step placement increment for every full year of service completed as an out-of-class assignment in the promotional classification. However, no employee may advance higher than the maximum step in the new salary range.

Promotional Step Placement. A member of the unit who is permanently assigned to a classification at a higher range will be placed on the lowest step that will result in an increase of at least five percent (5%). If no step will result in an increase of five percent (5%), the employee will be placed on the highest step of the new range.

Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.
