Common use of Proof of Service and Delivery to County Clause in Contracts

Proof of Service and Delivery to County. 1. Contractor shall fully document all attempts, whether or not successful service occurs. Documentation shall include date, time, place, and manner in which a party was located, and any other pertinent information. Contractor shall return documentation to County with all other documents at the time of completion for each case. There may be some instances, where there may be more than one (1) individual served at the same address. Contractor must return proofs of service for all individuals served.
