Service Package Pickup. Contractor shall pick up “Service Package” consisting of documents for service with subject identity and location sheet from County at 0000 X. Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxx, XX. Pick up will be daily at times mutually agreed upon by County and Contractor. Documents picked up from County must be picked up and transported in a container, at all times. Contractor shall provide County with confirmation of the documents received daily. Pickup schedule shall be subject to change as dictated by the needs of County. Specific times for pickup and delivery at each address will be designated, in writing, prior to Contract commencement date and may be amended in writing as agreed between County and Contractor. Contractor shall not pickup and deliver Service Packages to County on County recognized holidays. This does not preclude Contractor from serving process on these holidays. Contractor will be provided with a list of County holidays. Contractor may on occasion be required to make copies of documents. Arrangements for special time frames or special handling of individual cases will be coordinated by County’s Project Manager and Contractor Project Manager.

  • Service Pay ‌ All regular employees who have completed five (5) years continuous service with the Employer shall receive service pay at the rate of ten cents (10c/ ) per calendar- day; and an additional ten cents (10c/ ) per calendar-day on completion of each additional five (5) years of service.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Long Service Payment (i) If the Principal has twenty-five years service or more he/she shall be paid a lump sum of six months ordinary pay (taxable salary) plus one week’s ordinary pay for each complete year of service. The maximum amount payable under this clause shall not exceed salary for one year. PROVIDED that if the Principal, following closure, begins permanent employment in the Education Service before the expiry of the period of weeks for which a long service payment has been made, the Principal shall refund the portion of the long service payment which represents the difference between the period for which the payment was made and the number of weeks without employment.

NewPhone will be responsible for providing BellSouth with a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) associated with a particular ISDN-capable Loop and customer. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service.

  • Direct Trunked Transport 7.3.2.1 Either Party may elect to purchase direct trunked transport from the other Party.

  • Service Payments Subject to the direction and control of the Board of Trustees as set forth in the Plan, the Fund shall make Service Payments to Qualified Recipients pursuant to instructions by the Distributor, either directly to the Distributor or, as instructed, through the Distributor or shareholder servicing agent to other Qualified Recipients. SL2 circuits can be provisioned with loop start, ground start or reverse battery signaling. OC is provided as a standard feature on XX0 Xxxxx. The OC feature will allow NewPhone to coordinate the installation of the Loop with the disconnect of an existing customer’s service and/or number portability service. In these cases, BellSouth will perform the order conversion with standard order coordination at its discretion during normal work hours.
