Property Cleanliness. The Visitor and members of his or her party are asked to leave the Accommodation clean and tidy. White Beach Holiday reserves the right to make a charge for extra cleaning if the Accommodation is not left in a satisfactory condition. Property Cleanliness. Resident shall clean and dust the leased premises regularly, and shall keep the leased premises, particularly kitchen and bath, clean.

Should the cost of any damage exceed the pre- authorised amount, or the amount held as a security deposit, the Guest will be invoiced for the shortfall and liable for the full payment. Guests using the Broadband Internet access do so subject to a fair use policy and within the bounds of UK law. The Guest must allow the Company to enter the Accommodation to inspect the state of it, given reasonable notice, except for in an emergency when immediate access must be granted. The Guest must not use the Accommodation or allow its use for any dangerous, offensive, noisy, illegal or immoral activities or carry out any act that may be a nuisance or annoyance to the owner or the Company or to any neighbours. The Guest and his or her party must comply with any reasonable regulations relating to the Accommodation of which the Guest has written notice. Such regulations will be found in the welcome folder in the Accommodation, typical examples would include any local conditions regarding parking, waste disposal, recycling etc.

Property Cleanliness. To properly dispose of all rubbish, garbage and other organic or flammable waste at reasonable and regular intervals and to assume all costs of extermination and fumigation for infestation caused by the tenant. Tenant agrees to keep the exterior clean and free of all debris, including trash, cans, bottles, paper, furniture, non-operative vehicles, etc. This includes but is not limited to all common areas included with the property. If tenant fails to keep property clean and free of aforementioned debris/trash, etc., it will be cleaned/maintained professionally, at tenant’s expense. Additionally, tenant will pay a $50 penalty for each violation per day.
