Common use of Property Standards Clause in Contracts

Property Standards. The Subrecipient shall also comply with the Property Standards at 2 CFR 200.310, 2 CFR 200.312, 2 CFR 200.314 through 2 CFR 200.316. The Subrecipient shall also comply with 2 CFR 200.313 Equipment, except that when the equipment is sold, the proceeds shall be program income, and equipment not needed by the Subrecipient for activities under this agreement shall be transferred to the Grantee for its CDBG-NDR program or shall be retained after compensating the Grantee.
