New Units Sample Clauses
New Units. All certificates for Units issued by the Company to any Owner while this Agreement is in effect must also bear the above endorsement.
New Units. The provisions of this Agreement and recognition of the Council as exclusive bargaining representative shall also be extended to all employees in appropriate units for which the Council is certified during the life of this Agreement.

New Units. Developer shall comply with the applicable standards for new construction as specified in 24 CFR §92.251(a)(2) property standards.
New Units. Should any new units be established for representation by Local 521, the parties will meet and confer regarding negotiation committee size.
New Units. Atlas has taken all partnership action necessary to authorize the issuance and delivery to the holders of the Titan Class A Units of the New Units as contemplated by this Agreement. In the event that, during the period commencing on the date hereof and ending at the Expiration Time, (a) any Subject Units are issued to a Company Equityholder after the date of this Agreement pursuant to any distribution of membership interests, profit split, recapitalization, reclassification, combination or exchange of Subject Units or otherwise, (b) a Company Equityholder purchases or otherwise acquires beneficial ownership of any Subject Units or (c) a Company Equityholder acquires the right to vote or share in the voting of any Subject Units (collectively the “New Securities”), then such New Securities acquired or purchased by such Company Equityholder shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement to the same extent as if they constituted the Subject Units owned by such Company Equityholder as of the date hereof.
New Units. Units that have been purchased after the execution of the contract and include the Service and Warranty on original order.
