I move to authorize the Town Manager to execute an Escrow Agreement between Prosper Independent School District (PISD), and the Town of Prosper, Texas, related to the design and construction of improvements on Xxxx Parkway and at the intersection of First Street and Artesia Boulevard adjacent to the Richland High School property.

I move the Fish and Wildlife Commission approve the Water Right Lease Agreement with Point of Rocks Ranch LLC and direct FWP staff to make application to DNRC to temporarily change the irrigation water rights to instream flow for a period of 30‐years in accordance with the Water Right Lease Agreement.
