Proprietary Information and Non-Competition Agreement. Executive’s receipt of any severance payments or benefits under Section 3 will be subject to Executive continuing to comply with the terms of any agreements between Executive and the Company concerning inventions, confidentiality, or restrictive covenants (the “Confidentiality Agreement”).

Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Proprietary Information Agreement shall apply during the entire term of this Employment Agreement and thereafter. For purposes of this Agreement the Company is current engaged in the business of drug development in multiple therapeutic areas.
