Proration of Benefits For Regular Part-time Employees. The following provisions shall only apply to Regular Part-time Employees who are regularly scheduled to work twenty-one (21) or more hours per week: (a) Commencing the first of the month following or coincident with the completion of three (3) months of continuous employment, Regular Part-time Employees as defined above shall be entitled to participate in the benefit plans provided under Article 19.01 subject to the terms and conditions of these plans. (b) The level of the Employer's contributions, if any, to insured benefits in which a Regular Part-time Employee participates shall be determined by multiplying the applicable percentage indicated below by the percentage of Employer contribution to insured benefits paid by the Employer for Full-time Employees under Article 19.01: (i) If the regularly scheduled hours of work are twenty-one (21) or more hours worked per week but less than thirty (30) hours per week, the applicable pro rata percentage shall be sixty percent (60 %). (ii) If the regularly scheduled hours of work are thirty (30) hours or more per week but less than full time hours as defined in Article 16.01 (a), the applicable pro-rata percentage shall be eighty percent (80%). The Regular Part-time Employee shall be responsible for the payment of the remaining portion of premiums for benefits in which she is participating through payroll deductions. (c) A Regular Part-time Employee who meets the qualifiers under Article 17.02 shall be eligible for paid holidays as specified under Article 17.01. Payment for paid holidays shall be pro-rated and calculated in accordance with her applicable pro-rata percentage of seven and one-half (7 ½) hours pay at her regular straight time hourly rate. (d) A Regular Part-time Employee shall accrue sick leave credits on the basis of
