Common use of Prospective Employers Clause in Contracts

Prospective Employers. Executive agrees, during the term of any restriction contained in this Agreement, to disclose this Agreement to any entity which offers employment to Executive. Executive further agrees that the Company may send a copy of this Agreement to, or otherwise make the provisions hereof known to, any of Executive’s potential or future employers.

Prospective Employers. Executive agrees, during the term of any restriction contained in Articles IV, V and VI of this Agreement, to disclose this Agreement to any entity which offers employment to Executive. Executive further agrees that and to notify the Company may send a copy upon his acceptance of this Agreement to, or otherwise make the provisions hereof known to, any offer of Executive’s potential or future employersemployment from another entity.
