Protection Against Supply Interruptions. Seller will, at Seller’s expense, take such actions as are necessary or appropriate to ensure the uninterrupted supply of Products for not less than 30 days during any foreseeable or anticipated event or circumstance, the occurrence of which could interrupt or delay Buyer’s production or Seller’s performance under the Agreement.
Protection Against Supply Interruptions. Seller shall take commercially reasonable steps to manufacture, deliver and sell to Buyer an inventory bank of Licensed Products, with pricing equivalent to the pricing in effect immediately upon Seller’s becoming aware of any reasonably foreseeable or anticipated event or circumstance that could interrupt or delay Seller’s performance under this Agreement, including any labor disruption, whether or not resulting from the expiration of Seller’s labor contracts (and whether or not such occurrence constitutes a Force Majeure Event hereunder).
Protection Against Supply Interruptions. Seller shall, at Seller’s sole cost and expense, take such actions as are necessary or appropriate to ensure the uninterrupted supply of Covered Products to Buyer for not less than ninety (90) days during any foreseeable or anticipated event or circumstance that could interrupt or delay Seller’s performance under this Agreement, including any labor disruption, whether or not resulting from the expiration of Seller’s labor contracts (and whether or not such occurrence constitutes a Force Majeure Event hereunder). Seller shall notify Buyer at least 30 days before the termination or expiration of any collective bargaining or other labor agreement that relates to Seller’s Personnel involved in the production or delivery of the Covered Products.
Protection Against Supply Interruptions. In the event that Societal CDMO identifies any foreseeable or anticipated event or circumstance that could interrupt or delay Societal CDMO’s performance under this Agreement (“Delay Circumstance”), Societal CDMO shall promptly notify Client of any such Delay Circumstance and use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize such Delay Circumstances.

SELLER shall, at its sole cost and expense, take such actions as are reasonably necessary or appropriate to ensure the uninterrupted supply of Devices (and such other products to be delivered under this Agreement) to PURCHASER during any foreseeable or anticipated event or circumstance that could interrupt or delay SELLER’s performance under this Agreement.
Protection Against Supply Interruptions. Should Seller experience any interruption in supply, Seller shall notify Buyer in writing at least Five (5) Business Days of becoming aware of the relevant disruption.

Hytera shall, at Hytera's sole cost and expense, take such actions as are necessary or appropriate to ensure the uninterrupted supply of Products to EMCORE for not less than 30 days during any foreseeable or anticipated event or circumstance that could interrupt or delay Hytera's performance under this Agreement (other than interruptions caused by the action or inaction of EMCORE), including any labor disruption, whether or not resulting from the expiration of Hytera's labor contracts.

For the amount of Goods and raw materials or component parts included in the Forecast and any mutually agreed upon raw material stocking quantitates, ICC shall, at ICC’s sole cost and expense, take such actions as are necessary or appropriate to ensure the uninterrupted supply of Goods to Pure for [ * ] during any foreseeable or anticipated event or circumstance that could interrupt or delay ICC’s performance under this Agreement, including any labor disruption, whether or not resulting from the expiration of ICC’s labor contracts (and whether or not such occurrence constitutes a Force Majeure Event hereunder).

Fastrain shall, at Fastrain's sole cost and expense, take such actions as are necessary or appropriate to ensure the uninterrupted supply of Products to EMCORE for not less than 30 days during any foreseeable or anticipated event or circumstance that could interrupt or delay Fastrain's performance under this Agreement (other than interruptions caused by the action or inaction of EMCORE), including any labor disruption, whether or not resulting from the expiration of Fastrain's labor contracts.
Protection Against Supply Interruptions.
