Protection from Discipline During a Legal Job Action. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, it shall not be a violation of this Agreement and it shall not be cause for discharge or disciplinary action, if a Flight Attendant refuses to perform flight attendant duties as a replacement for flight attendants represented by the Union and who are engaged in a lawful work stoppage.
