PROVINCE’S OBLIGATIONS. The Province shall be responsible only for the disbursement of the Provincial Contribution pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. However, the Province may provide guidance, information and reporting templates, where practical, to assist the Recipient with the preparation of reports required under this Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that the Province’s role with respect to the Project and the Program will be limited to making a financial contribution to the Recipient in respect of the Project, and that the Province shall have no involvement in the management or operation of the Project. The Province is neither a decision-maker nor an advisor in respect of the Project.‌

PROVINCE’S OBLIGATIONS. 8. On or before the Effective Date, the Province will provide Consumer Protection BC, in writing, the name of the contact person whom the Province has designated to work with Consumer Protection BC with respect to the provision of Services.
