Where practical the Employer will advise the Union in advance of commencement of work referenced above.
Where practical the Company undertakes to advise the Union about the nature and timing of changes to the benefit plans. Any changes made shall not be less favourable in terms and conditions than those currently in effect.
Where practical the Employer will provide a meeting room to the Local so that it may carry out union business.
Where practical. Trainees will receive on-the-job training, attend instruction classes, and be given examinations during regular working hours. Where it is impractical to arrange hours so that a combination of hours worked in the Shop and classroom hours does not exceed a spread of 8 hours excluding the meal period, then the accumulation of classroom hours may be arranged. The time off duty in lieu of this accumulation of hours shall be arranged to meet operational requirements.
Where practical. Stages 1, 2 and 3 should be completed within seven working days of the grievance being raised at Stage 1.
Where practical alternative work will be sought. In such instances an employee may be required to undertake duties outside of their norm but in general in accordance with the award.
Where practical requests for Days Off will be awarded according to seniority, subject to the requirements and efficiency of operations, except that vacation periods and Training will be placed on the Flight Attendant’s schedule before any other Flight Attendant requests for Days Off are considered. Flight Attendants may only ask for five (5) Days Off at a time. Once all Flight Attendants have been awarded their first group of five (5) Days Off in order of seniority, they will be awarded their second requested group of five (5) Days Off. The Days Off do not have to be taken consecutively. Management may award a Day Off for special circumstances regardless of seniority.
Where practical. Operator shall provide notice to Service Provider of any technical problem related to the Service within one (1) business day of Operator becoming aware of such technical problem.
Where practical. Myer and the employee should endeavour to agree on the timing of time off in lieu at or before the time that the overtime is worked;
Where practical. (i.e., where Transition Service-related charges are collected on Seller's financial systems) and unless otherwise provided in any Supplemental Agreement, Seller will account for all charges to be paid by Buyer to Seller and any charges to be paid by Seller to Buyer under this Agreement, any Supplemental Agreement, and any similar service-related agreements through a consolidated statement of account. As appropriate, such consolidated statements may be prepared and administered on a country-specific basis reasonably agreed upon by Buyer and Seller. To facilitate the generation of these consolidated statements, Buyer shall collect Transition Service-related charges resident on Buyer financial systems and promptly forward such information to Seller for inclusion in the appropriate consolidated statement of account. The consolidated statements shall include a summary of charges and a report detailing each category of charges for the previous billing month. The consolidated statements of account shall be issued no later than the fourteenth working day following the month to which the statement of account applies. Beginning on the Closing Date, Seller will issue the consolidated statements of account on a monthly basis.
