Provision and Maintenance of Credit Support. To address each Party's risk relating to the creditworthiness of the other Party and to secure the prompt fulfilment of all obligations resulting from this Agreement, the Parties shall provide and maintain the Credit Support Document(s) from the Credit Support Provider(s) as specified in Section B of Part I (Individual Terms) throughout the Term for the benefit of the other Party.
