PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES. 11.01 Reasonable access to means of communication available at the Library of Parliament will be provided to the Association for the dissemination of official notices. Notices or other material shall require the prior approval of the Employer, except notices relating to the business affairs of the Association and social recreational events. The Employer shall have the right to refuse the dissemination of any information it considers adverse to its interests or to the interests of any of its representatives. 11.02 The Employer shall make available to the Association specific locations on the premises for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Association. 11.03 The Employer shall endeavour to include a hyperlink to the Association’s website from the intranet website.
