PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES. 15.01 The Employer shall provide bulletin board space in its office and shop clearly identified for exclusive Union use. 15.02 The Employer may make available to the Union and the members of the Bargaining Unit a suitable meeting room to be used from time to time for the business relating to the Bargaining Unit. Permission for this purpose shall not be unreasonably withheld. 15.03 A representative of the Union shall have the right to give each new employee an orientation of up to thirty (30) minutes and the representative of the Union shall be given leave with pay for such purposes.
