Common use of Provision of Collective Agreements Clause in Contracts

Provision of Collective Agreements. The Employer shall contribute 50% of the cost, to a maximum of one thousand dollars ($1000.00), towards the cost of printing the new Collective Agreement subject to the following conditions:
