Provision of Incentives. (1) Liquidity Provider shall receive Incentives pursuant to this Liquidity Provider Agreement and the requirements stipulated in the respective Product Specific Supplements. Incentives may consist of Monetary (e.g. rebates on transaction fees) and/or Non-Monetary Incentives (e.g. increased limits for ESU).

  • Services and Compensation Consultant agrees to perform for the Company the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.
