Provision of Information to Claimants. 3.9(a) Twice annually during the pendency of this Agreement, beginning six months after the Phase I of the California Rollout Program commences, Bank of America will provide to Counsel in writing the following information (if applicable during the reporting period) about the Rollout Programs:
Provision of Information to Claimants. 3.11.1 During the LaSalle Talking ATM Pilot and Rollout, LaSalle will notify Claimants' Counsel electronically by means of an e-mailed Excel spreadsheet of the address of each LaSalle Talking ATM. Such notification will occur no later than the 10th of the month subsequent to the month in which the LaSalle Talking ATM is installed. If all ATMs at the location are not Talking ATMs, the spreadsheet shall also indicate whether the Talking ATM is a drive-up or a walk-up ATM, and whether there is also a walk-up ATM at the same branch address if the Talking ATM is listed as a drive-up ATM, and if so, whether the walk-up ATM is inside or outside of the branch.
Provision of Information to Claimants. During the TCF Bank Talking ATM Pilot Project and Rollout, TCF Bank will provide Claimants, on a quarterly basis, with the addresses of each TCF Bank Talking ATM.
Provision of Information to Claimants. At least every quarter during the pendency of this Understanding, beginning the quarter that starts after the Effective Date of this Understanding, Washington Mutual will provide to the Claimants in writing (if applicable during the reporting period) the address of each Washington Mutual Talking ATM placed during each reporting period.
Provision of Information to Claimants. 3.9.1 During the Sovereign Talking ATM Pilot and Rollout, Sovereign will notify Claimants’ Counsel in writing or electronically of the address of each Sovereign Talking ATM. Such notification will occur within one week of the date on which the Sovereign Talking ATM is installed.
Provision of Information to Claimants. 3.10.1 During the Fleet Talking ATM Pilot and Rollout, Fleet will notify Claimants’ Counsel in writing or electronically of the address of each Fleet Talking ATM. Such notification will occur within one week of the date on which the Fleet Talking ATM is installed.
Provision of Information to Claimants. 2.15(a) Throughout the On-Premises Roll-Out Program, Citibank shall provide Claimants’ Counsel with the address of each On-Premises ATM with Screen Reader installed pursuant to this Agreement within two weeks of the date upon which the On-Premises ATM with Screen Reader is installed.
