Rollout Program. At the conclusion of the Pilot Project, but no later than September 30, 2009, TCF Bank will begin the Talking ATM Rollout Program during which it will deploy at least one Talking ATM as described in Section 1.8 above, at each TCF Bank ATM Location in accordance with the following schedule: TCF will upgrade approximately 320 ATMs included in the list in Exhibit A attached to this Agreement to Talking ATMs by December 31, 2009, assuming TCF Bank retains ownership and operation of those machines on that date. In addition, TCF will install 55 Talking ATMs by December 31, 2009 in locations to be determined by TCF. TCF will notify Claimants of these locations within 30 days of installation. If this Rollout deadline is extended by a period of sixty (60) days or less, TCF Bank shall notify Claimants’ Counsel of the new deadline(s) in writing. If TCF Bank proposes to extend this deadline for a period of more than 60 days, TCF Bank will provide Claimants’ Counsel with the new proposed deadline(s) and the reason(s) for the extension in writing. Any disagreements about the new deadline(s) or the described reason(s) for the extension shall be subject to the Dispute Resolution Procedures set forth in Section 7, below. The Rollout Program shall end at the date the last of the approximately 320 ATM Locations listed in Exhibit A and the additional 55 Talking ATM installations are completed.

Rollout Program. At the conclusion of the Pilot Project, and subject to the provisions of Section 8 herein, Xxxxx Fargo will begin a Rollout Program, during which it will install an Enhanced ATM at the Existing ATM Locations and those Subsequently Acquired ATM Locations that are to be included in this Rollout Program pursuant to Sections 3.1.4(a) and (b) below (together referred to as “Rollout Locations”). The parties agree that the untested nature of this technology, which is not in actual commercial usage in the United States, requires the Rollout Program to occur on a progressive basis. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Xxxxx Fargo will deploy an Enhanced ATM at the Rollout Locations remaining after the Pilot Project, according to the following schedule: ATM Rollout Dates/Location Schedule ATM Rollout Dates/Location Schedule Date (No Later Than) Number or Percentage of Rollout Locations With Enhanced ATMs September 1, 2000 100 ATM Locations March 31, 2001 200 ATM Locations June 30, 2001 25% December 31, 2001 50% June 30, 2002 60% December 31, 2002 70% June 30, 2003 95% December 31, 2003 100% Notwithstanding the schedule set forth above, Xxxxx Fargo may defer installation of Enhanced ATMs at up to 2% of Rollout Locations for up to twelve (12) months upon written notification to Counsel pursuant to Section 3.1.10. If Xxxxx Fargo exceeds the rollout percentages for deploying Enhanced ATMs as set forth herein, the excess shall be credited towards Xxxxx Fargo’s rollout obligation for the next following rollout deadline(s).
Rollout Program. At the conclusion of the Pilot Project, but no later than August 1, 2001 UBOC will begin the Rollout Program during which it will install one UBOC Talking ATM as described in Section 2.1 above, at each Rollout Location in the Geographic Area. The Rollout shall be completed no later than July 30, 2002. At least fifty per cent (50%) of all UBOC talking ATMs required to be installed pursuant to this Agreement shall be installed no later than February 28, 2002.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.
