Provision of Interconnection Financial Security. The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 9 of the LGIP in a manner acceptable under Section 9 of the LGIP. Failure to satisfy the LGIP’s requirements for the provision of Interconnection Financial Security shall result in the Interconnection Request being deemed withdrawn and subject to LGIP Section 3.8.
