The Employer shall make available to employees an updated copy of applicable health and safety Legislation and Regulations and Employer's Policies and Standards such as: Handbook of Occupational Health and Safety (Treasury Board of Canada); or Part Canada Labour Code and Regulations; or Territorial Acts; or Provincial Legislation.
