Provision of Local Water Facilities. The Village, or a developer with the Village’s approval, shall be responsible for designing, constructing, installing or otherwise providing all municipal water facilities used in connection with the distribution of water supplied by the Racine Utility that are not Regional Water Facilities pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement and that are designed to provide for local water distribution “Local Distribution Mains” and all related appurtenances and equipment, including, without limitation, fire hydrants, valves and water services (collectively, “Local Water Facilities”) in the Mt. Pleasant Service Area.

  • Provision of Facilities 8.10 The Board shall provide the Association with two adjacent serviced wheelchair accessible offices, free of charge, and the use of the internal University postal service.

These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.
