Provision of Personal Data. 1. X shall provide to Y, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, the following information, which is a combination of the Personal Information of the subscribers (the “User”) to the "Warrantee Premium Support" (the “Campaign”) obtained by X through the Campaign from May 30, 2022 to May 29, 2023, for all Users and for which Y shall pay fees in accordance with the provisions of this agreement:
Provision of Personal Data for Use in Direct Marketing GTJAF intends to provide, from time to time and for money and other property, Client’s personal data to GTJA Group (other than GTJAF itself) for use by GTJA Group in direct marketing of financial products and services, including but not limited to securities, futures, fixed income, currencies, commodities, wealth management, asset management, equity financing, equity derivatives, insurance, and other financial products and services. Only the following kinds of personal data of the Client may be provided to GTJA Group (other than GTJAF itself) for use by GTJA Group in such direct marketing:
Provision of Personal Data. In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, Client agrees to only input into, transfer into the MRI Software and SaaS Services or provide access to MRI such Personal Data: (i) if and to the extent that Client is authorized to do so under applicable law, including obtaining any relevant consents from the Data Subject for such disclosure; (ii) if and to the extent that such Personal Data is necessary to enable MRI to provide the Services under this Agreement; (iii), and to do so only in fields specifically designed to house such Personal Data. MRI shall have no liability to Client, and Client shall indemnify MRI for all claims by third parties resulting from Client’s storing Personal Data in non-designated fields. Client shall remove any Personal Data from its database(s) once it is no longer necessary for that purpose and may engage MRI (at MRI’s then-current rates to assist in such deletion).
Provision of Personal Data. The Data Processor shall provide the Sub-Processor with the information and the Personal data that are required for the latter to be able to fulfil its obligations according to the Agreement.
Provision of Personal Data. 6.1 The Processor is not permitted to provide Personal Data to anyone other than the Controller, unless on the basis of a legal obligation or with written permission from the Data Controller. The Processor will confirm every provision to a third party in writing, stating all parties and/or persons involved.
Provision of Personal Data. Client shall not cause NewRocket to Process any Client Personal Data as part of the provision of the Service unless such Processing is agreed in advance by NewRocket in writing. Where NewRocket agrees to such Processing of Client Personal Data, the provisions set out in Schedule 1 of this Agreement shall apply to this Processing of Client Personal Data.
Provision of Personal Data. The provision of personal data of the persons concerned is voluntary, but failure to provide it may result in the impossibility of proper performance of the Agreement and the obligations arising therefrom.
Provision of Personal Data. The provision of personal data is optional; however, failing to provide such data will make it impossible to collaborate with the University of Bologna to set up traineeships.
Provision of Personal Data. By accepting these terms, the Customer represents that any and all information the Customer provides to ECOS-M and Credit Card Service Provider is true and accurate. The Customer is not obligated by law to provide the Service Provider and/or the Credit Card Service Provider with any personal information. The Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Customer is providing ECOS-M and/or the Credit Card Service Provider with personal information at the Customer’s own free will and for purposes of obtaining the Services.
