Securitization Bonds definition

Securitization Bonds means the securitization bonds authorized by the Financing Order and issued under the Indenture.

Securitization Bonds means Debt of one or more Securitization SPEs, issued pursuant to The Customer Choice and Electricity Reliability Act, Act Xx. 000, Xxxxxx Xxxx xx Xxxxxxxx, 0000, as the same may be amended from time to time.

If certificates of participation, certificates of beneficial interest, or certificates of ownership are issued, references in this act to principal, interest, or premium shall refer to comparable amounts under those certificates.

Examples of Securitization Bonds in a sentence
