Provisions Applicable to Supplemental Compensation. a. Supplemental salary compensation shall be in effect only so long as the Board determines that there are sufficient funds outside the general fund available for this purpose. In the event that the School Board determines that funds are not available for supplemental salary compensation, the Association will be notified and will be given the opportunity to address the School Board regarding its decision to discontinue the supplemental salaries provided in this section.
